The property, previously utilized as office space by the owner, was in fairly good condition. It needed updates such as new laminate flooring, drywall repairs, door installations, kitchen cabinetry, and a new paint job. Our most significant enhancement was converting the property from a one-bedroom into a two-bedroom unit, significantly increasing its capacity to host more guests, thereby adding considerable value.
