Modern Stay was founded by brothers Islam, Ali, and Omar, each bringing unique strengths to the business. Omar, a strategic property investor; Islam, a seasoned entrepreneur who has successfully built and scaled multiple ventures; and Ali, an ex-Goldman Sachs banker who now runs a thriving crypto hedge fund, have combined their expertise to create a robust portfolio of short-term rental properties near key locations like New York City, Saudi Arabia, and Cairo.
In just a few years, we’ve rapidly expanded our operations and are now on track to host 10,000 guests annually. What sets us apart is our ability to manage these properties remotely from anywhere in the world. By leveraging advanced systems and smart technologies, we ensure smooth and efficient operations no matter where we are.
This venture has given us the freedom to live life on our own terms while pursuing personal passions—like living abroad for 6 months at a time, competing as a professional grappler, and starting new businesses all while keeping our STR operations running seamlessly.
